This was not story I expected to read when I got this book I was expecting the love story of James and Natalya to be pronounced throughout Their story almost felt like an afterthought The focus of this book was about the CIA and KGB This was a spy book through and through Don t expect all the characters to end up with a happily ever after The beginning was a little slow for me but the ending went out with a bang I have trouble reading when the names of the characters are hard to pronounce Sinc [...]

  6. A well written and descriptive thriller, this suspenseful, action packed novel held my attention from beginning to end It s hard to say too much without giving away spoilers, but I enjoyed uncovering and about the shrewd and complex character of Adam Novakov who is actually a US spy by the name of James Cofield Set during the conclusion of the Cold War, there is also an element of romance involved in Adam s interactions with fellow KGB agent Natalya Sverlova. If you like intricate tales of espi [...]

  7. The Price Of Honor was a surprisingly good book I was not expecting much from it, but read it based on a recommendation, and I do not regret the decision at all The characters were fully fleshed out and three dimensional, and as a reader, I found myself being able to empathize with or at least understand all their actions, which I consider to be the best sign of believable characters I m not usually one for historical fiction this one being set near the end of the Cold War , but the plot was riv [...]
